FaceTime Extends Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003


FaceTime announced that it is extending the capabilities of Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2003 via integration of FaceTime's technology. Specific enhancements are:
- compliance with SEC, NASD and other archiving regulations, via FaceTime IM Auditor. Live Communications Server includes technology licensed from IMlogic for this purpose, although FaceTime is supporting it so customers have a single point of control.
- security, management and user control via FaceTime IM Director.


The new products are due in 4Q2003.
