- Antepo released the Beta of OPN System XT, a version of its enterprise IM platform that features integrated connectivity to the AOL IM network. Offers federated connectivity to AIM with AOL's approval; Antepo is a member of AOL's Enterprise Federation Program. XT also offers interoperability with Microsoft LCS 2005. - GroveSite released Version 4.0 of its namesake collaboration software, aimed at cross-company project teams. GroveSite combines structured project management tools with the unstructured surrounding discussions, documents, and issues. New features: enhanced project management tools (task dependencies, milestones, issue tracking, and more), upgraded search functionality, and more. Available immediately. - Michael Caton says that most usage of Web conferencing isn't collaboration (eg, two-way shared sessions) ... most is one-way push for sales and information distribution. However, there are other tools that are more appropriate for shared screen meetings. eWeek

- Versona (a subsidiary of Alphalogix, Inc.) released ClearView, for integrating DVD-quality video broadcasts with its Web conferencing system. Enables users with low-cost video conferencing cameras to deliver high-quality video, via a ClearView card. PRWeb
- Tenrox released Tenrox Document Management, a document management system built on top of Microsoft SharePoint. Enables the creation, management, viewing and editing of SharePoint documents within the Tenrox Web interface. Available mid July 2005 as part of the Tenrox 8.5 release. Yahoo
