Hello Michael. I was showing Lars Ploughman in London the IntelliGent product a few weeks ago which he mentioned in his blog. I believe you picked up on his piece and I could not find it on your blog. Can you point me to it please or copy it to my email. We regard this product as a possible break through tool to help enable collaborative working by taking the search part out of search engines and presenting valid information from reliable source text bases without having to do searches. Others have tried (Autonomy, Microsoft) but their efforts have been of limited value as they are too obtrusive. Thanks for your help if you can tell me what you wrote.
