• White Paper ... Enterprise IM Benefits ... CipherTrust is advertising a new White Paper on Bitpipe, with a title of "Benefits of Enterprise Instant Messaging". When you download it, you actually get "CipherTrust IronIM: Secure Instant Messaging Gateway" that does discuss enterprise IM benefits, but appears at first blush to represent a product profile. I found the title change a bit deceptive. The first half of the paper discusses enterprise IM benefits, and the second half analyzes the CipherTrust IronIM product.
