When you download it, you actually get "CipherTrust IronIM: Secure Instant Messaging Gateway" that does discuss enterprise IM benefits, but appears at first blush to represent a product profile. I found the title change a bit deceptive. The first half of the paper discusses enterprise IM benefits, and the second half analyzes the CipherTrust IronIM product.
