Shared Spaces Research & Consulting was an analyst, research and consulting firm headed up by Michael Sampson, with a deep focus on explaining collaborative business, advising organizations, and directing vendors in the area of collaboration technology. It closed its doors for new business when Michael joined a vendor of collaboration software in April 2006.

Michael went back to the land of independent advisory work in February 2007, with the opening of Collaboration Success Advisors, Ltd., an advisory firm focused on helping people and organizations be successful with collaboration.
