In a vendor-independent way, the 7 Pillars for IT Professionals Workshop teaches attendees how to choose collaborative capabilities that are right for their company, and how to best design a collaborative environment for productivity and effectiveness benefits.

Workshop Outline

1. Description and explanation of the 7 Pillars model
2. Evaluating a product against the 7 Pillars model
3. Matching the needs of business teams against the 7 Pillars model
4. Designing a 7 Pillars environment for business productivity and effectiveness
