I recently reviewed Basecamp, a Web-based project management application from 37signals. My review is online at CollaborationLoop.

My team didn't fall in love with Basecamp and I had to look for something else. I've settled with Wrike. http://www.wrike.com/ You most probably have already heard of it. The tool is more functional, has Gantt charts and other useful features. It's also integrated with our emails, so it's VERY convenient.
